Wine tasting events are an opportunity for us to showcase Domaine des Boulbènes and the exceptional wines we offer in Saux.

At these fairs, wine enthusiasts and professionals of all nationalities mingle. It is at these events that we showcase our terroir , including Cahors AOP wines and IGP regional wines , as well as black truffles and specialties from our beautiful region.

Listening to your tasting ideas, we can also advise you on the accompaniment and the vintage to choose according to your dishes and the occasion .

While a red Cahors wine pairs wonderfully with red meat, a Cabernet Sauvignon rosé is more suitable as an aperitif or starter.
